TTDF is a Government of India scheme driven by funds under USOF/DoT scheme for collaborative R&D to enable affordable broadband and mobile services in rural and remote areas. C-DOT is the implmenentation agency for proposals routed through TTDF having TRL>3 and requiring funding > 10 Crores or are telecom technology intensive. C-DOT shall facilitate, monitor and drive the collaborative R&D for the development of such projects.
